I might be in the minority, but the ramen here just isn't really up my alley. Because the seating is very limited, the restaurant is always crowded. After trying the tonkotsu ramen, I think that the noodles are too thin (reminiscent of angel hair pasta) and chasu has too much of a smoky flavor. However, the broth is decent. At the price point of around $11, I would definitely choose Nishikawa Ramen (Chandler) or even Ramen Dozo (Tempe) over this place.
