  • Oh my god... This is the BEST sushi I have ever had... period. I would go as far as say one of the top three meals I have ever eaten in my entire life. INCREDIBLE!!! Nice local place away from the strip. So many wonderful types of fish you often can only find in Hawaii or Japan. My Sushi chef Sean said to just trust him so I set the menu aside, he made the sushi a couple pieces at a time. I took my time, really taking in every note of the flavors. Every piece tasted uniquely like no other sushi I have ever had to date. All simple, delicate, artful, refined but with unique clever twists and ornate presentation. It is easily the freshest fish I have ever tasted outside of Maui, Honolulu or Tokyo. I am honestly speechless! If I had a last meal this would be it. Go here and don't ask any more questions. Set aside everything you know about sushi, sit down at the sushi bar and just put your hands and tatsebuds in the hand of a wonderful chef. Stray from what you think you already know, try something new and you will NOT be disappointed!
