  • Not sure why people are complaining about the wait times...Urgent Care is inherently strife with long wait times because there are no pre-scheduled appointments and providers do not know how long each encounter will take. Those folks expecting to get in an out in a matter of minutes need to reset expectations. I've been here many times during non-peak hours and had a few minute turnaround each occasion, that said I've also come during peak hours and had to wait 30-45 minutes. I have only had good experiences with this Concentra, and the staff is super friendly and efficient. You have to chalk up some of their robotic responses to interacting with a varied customer base. I recommend this place if you need urgent care, or an impromptu immunization.
