Located in ceasars. We had made ressies and were promptly seated. Ambiance is beautiful - lots of wood and ropes channeling a very natural and warm space. I got a drink that was lychee and sake based and it was just ok. Normally those are my favorite type of drinks. We got the tuna poke as a starter and that was 5 stars!!!! The tuna was deliciously seasoned and loaded on a very delicate crisp seaweed chip. I could've eaten 10 more of those. For dinner we settled on the 2 lb lobster meal for two along with potatoes and Brussel sprouts. The lobster came out quickly and was perfectly grilled with a side of butter of course. My only complain is this meal will likely leave most people hungry. Most of the meat is in the tail which wasn't much and there's some in the claw. Thank god it came with sides. Both Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes were good. For dessert we tried the bread pudding which came loaded with lit s'mores. Cool concept but the timing is pretty important here and the s'mores were very burned by the time the dish arrived at our table. It looked pretty carcinogenic so we didn't really touch it and the bread pudding was just ok. The dessert menu was pretty limited and the other 3 options were all cold. Would've liked to see a chocolate cake or something. Overall great experience. Apps and entrees seem solid. Cocktails and dessert are more of a hit or miss.
