  • The worst customer service, I've been complaining that Nevada Power is charging me as if I did not have Solar Panels. It took 2 months for someone to come and look at it and found the system is not working, that was 3 weeks ago and they still did not fix it. I asked for payments to be credited for the months I am paying to Nevada Power and I was told "that ain't going to happen". If you are planning to go solar, STAY AWAY FROM SUNRUN.
