  • I did not hesitate to write a positive review about Ricky Khamis because of the huge effort he put into helping me purchase my home. During such a difficult process with a short-sale property (after a failed attempt with another loan company and property), dealing with Amerifirst was refreshing. Ricky was extremely knowledgeable about the market, rates, etc. and always showed a sense of urgency. More importantly, he made me feel that someone genuinely cared about me getting the best deal possible with this major investment. Ricky truly worked hard and I ended up getting the "best scenario" with the financing of this place I am so in love with now. Thank you, Ricky and Amerifirst Finiancial team!
