  • Came in for a simple oil change no biggie right? this is our extra car that we don't need to use all the time. Took 2 1/2 hours to get done, during which they constantly tried to upsell me and then when I denied the work, they attempted to buy the car from me stating an employee was interested in it. So I have a customer I'm left wondering what that 2 1/2 hours so long because they were inspecting my car for actual work that needs to be done or for a future purchase. Never returning to this location and will be filling a complaint with the general manager. Once again this all happened over an oil change.
