Sorry to say our experience was not very satisfactory at all. The first time we test drive an audi at the Henderson Audi dealership (last week) we were expecting a brochure emailed from the salesman but never received one. Then we went back two days back and test drove another of their model. The second salesman also promised to email us a brochure within an hour! This was on Friday. Never received it. Since we were not interested in that model it didn't bother us. However, we reached out to the same salesman on Saturday AM, letting him know which model we were interested in and that we needed to talk about $$. At that point he informed us that he would talk to his manager and call back with an answer by end of the day. Still waiting! Of course they are closed today, being Sunday. My question is are they interested in selling cars?! If a customer shows interest in purchasing a car I would have thought the dealership would do anything to make a deal!!! With such poor response, we are getting bids with other Audi deals in Las Vegas!! Why would I buy a car from this dealership anymore??? If it was one time I would understand but this has happened twice, with two different salesman there!!!! Poor customer relations, specially during Christmas time......terrible!!
