This was my frist time here. My sister in law and I went to this place. As we were approaching it looked nice and the cashier was friendly. As we walked in I had notice a homeless man standing around.
We had order from the concession stand, I had no complaints from there. As we found our seats we sat down. About 20 minutes through the movie, the back of my thighs started to itch. I went to the bathroom to see what was going on. A bumpy rash started to appear. I had taken some paper towels from the bathroom and laid it on the seat. This place is NASTY!!
I also spoke with the manager he didn't seem very concerned or sympathetic!!
Fyi after the movie was over the homeless man was still wandering around.
If you are going to run a business you can't have homeless people wandering around going in and out of the movie theater.
I will continue to go to a Regal Cinema and spend my extra money there.
