  • "We TRAVEL not to escape life BUT FOR LIFE not to escape us." As high quality as the equipment is, the staff is even better. They really are a EXCEPTIONALLY RARE example of what customer service means when you REALLY need it. The level of knowledge and skill is truly an art form and this is something that comes from within each employee. It is top notch and genuine dedication and respect for what they do. This company and brand reflects professionalism to a T. I couldn't thank the staff enough for the enjoyable experience...they literally went above and beyond their call not only to make my first experience memorable but the best. Now, I find myself wanting to go more than just the one time to experience this because I hear myself saying this, I know it was remarkably worth it. Going into this experience I was nervous; even though I don't admit being timid with heights. I never felt how high we were in the air or unsafe. I felt at ease and comfort the whole trip. The views are so breathtaking and such an indescribable feeling. Once your view is changed and your looking down upon the world watching the hustle and bustle below there you are enjoying an everlasting traveling high and above in the same place as the people walking below it provides such an enriching different perspective on the world and environment we take for granted seeing everyday. It is such a calm, quiet, and relaxing environment. At the same time your heart is racing and thrilled feeling like your soaring with the wind. As you see my experience was serene and peaceful. It was a once in a lifetime experience. I could have went to any company to get this experience, yet I chose this company based on their strong beliefs in what they do. The employees gave me the best experience, their honesty/integrity, and brand image is what made it a once in a life time experience. Everything was far above what I could imagine. Everything from getting ready to take off, to traveling, to the wonderful reception afterwards was unique and memorable. It was worth the money.
