  • I wanted to give 4.5 stars, but I'll go ahead and round up because the help we received while purchasing a new car was great! We came in right before closing on a Friday looking for a Nissan Leaf. Ous welcomed us in and was incredibly helpful and courteous as we test drove the vehicle and asked plenty of questions. We came back the next day and moved forward with our purchase. Sadly Ous wasn't working that day, but Ricky was there to help us. Ricky was just as nice and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable while we played the sit-and-wait game that is common when purchasing a car. I wanted to take half a star off just because we were there for four hours and the delivery at the end was a little slow moving, but everyone was so nice and we never did felt the stereotypical slimy-salesman-vibe from anyone. Overall, it was a great car buying experience! Thanks Autonation Nissan!
