  • Had an absolutely excellent experience. I took a friend who isn't particularly techie because she was concerned over whether or not she'd be treated well. She was. I wisely made an appointment, and when we arrived, a fine young man named Ali was waiting for us.He couldn't have been kinder or more polite. He was extremely patient,answering all of her questions and offering helpful advice as well. My friend got the right phone from the right guy. Very well done.
