  • I had a long to do list and one was to get a new auto policy. While seated at DMV I searched on Yelp for the nearest Farmers location and Carmella Larkins office had a 5 star review so I made an appt with Bill Vu, agent. The reception was very friendly when I walked in. I explained my current status and needs to Bill - he is a great listener and engaged me in conversation in which I was comfortable talking about myself. He was well informed and knowledgeable, not solely sales oriented but found the most suitable coverage for me as well as an added assurance that he is my personal agent and will provide the best service. Along with a fresh bamboo plant as a welcoming gift lol a wonderful personal touch to what could possibly be an unnerving situation when the agent you happen to work with is not even listening nor caring. Thanks to Bill Vu and Carmella. She even came out of her office to say hello to me. When you walk away feeling positive and knowing you made a good decision signing up - that was me on that particular day. Keep it up guys and i wish you more success. I would be happy to refer clients to you when I can.
