  • Try it, you might love it like I do! I was terrified to walk in door but was made to feel like family immediately. After the jitters and wondering if I would be judged, I was never judged, I tried pole and the jitters came back. LOL, there was no reason for the jitters to return. My tall body found it's way around the pole and my feet were happy in every class. Best place to tap into myself again. Pole classes are bomb, owner Christie cares about everyone from staff to one timers to every class attendees. Prices are fair, small intimate pole classes. Instructors vibrant and fun. They are patient and if you have any physical limitations they modify it for you. Oh I could write a book on how Express MiE changed ME. I love the motto, putting a little I back in ME, couldn't be more true. Thank you Christie for the workouts, the opportunities, the flow, the ambiance, the love and caring you exude and so much more. Women, all shapes and sizes, this is THE place for us!
