| - I loved this place! Check-in was easy with pretty friendly staff. It's a big location with lots of rooms. Nicely, our room was by the elevator, so it was pretty easy to find.
The room itself was amazing. The entrance leads to a living room space with pull-out sofabed, desks, TV, cabinets, fridge, etc. Our 2 beds were then separated into a joined room with a door. The bathroom had entrances from the bedroom and from the living room and was pretty spacious. The three total beds and room separation was perfect for sleeping 4 people (one wanted a bed to themselves).
We stayed during 2017 Phoenix Comicon and selected to include breakfast, which was fantastic! They had eggs, bacon, sausage, and switched out between pancakes, french toast, and normal toast on different days. There's also a great selection of pastries, cereals, yogurts, fruit, orange juice, coffee, etc.
And, the location is a very short walk away from the metro light rail, which was helpful for us to easily get to the convention center without having to pay for parking.
One of our roommates had an accident getting off the light rail nearby. She was nicely assisted by staff to the room, and she also requested and got temporary cruches from the front desk.
Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay for the convention!
