  • Do not come to this urgent care. This place is a joke. Came on a Friday night and I was the only patient in the place. A student took my blood pressure, got info about my symptoms, etc, which was fine. After that, they sent another student in and I had to retell her all my symptoms. She examined me and then said the doctor would be in. I had to wait a long time for the doctor as I could hear all of them just chatting it up outside my room. When she finally came in, she said "I agree with her" (the student) without even examining me herself... she basically told me that there was nothing they could do for me. Mind you, I've been sick for 2 weeks, told them about my extremely painful sore throat, told them that I had already gone through an entire bottle of over the counter flu medicine, etc. and what does she tell me? To go buy some over the counter stuff and wait it out... After I told them about how being this sick is interfering with work. The doctor had no empathy or interest and spoke to me for a total of 4 minutes. When I walked out of the room, she didn't say "bye", "have a goodnight", or acknowledge me in any way. Will never go here again.
