  • If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT use this establshment. A friend was advised by the manufacturer to take his tire to this location for warranty purposes; my husband went with him. The representative was very rude and initially refused to look at the tire but eventually gave a 'no coverage' opinion anyway. After much discussion, the rep finally went outside to look at the tire, restated the 'no coverage' opinion and refused to call the manufacturer. My friend then called the manufacturer again, who pointed him to Johnston and Magwood at 700 Burnhamthorpe West. Such a difference! The rep was amazing, very courteous and respectful. My friend got the answer he needed (yes, it was a warranty claim), my husband was so impressed that he bought a new set of tires for his SUV and my car will need new winter tires next season. This G&R location lost a sale, repeat customers, and good PR. Avoid at all costs!
