I had a problem with a rear brake light. Normally I do these things myself, but the bulb casing was stuck in the socket. I thought the dealer was not a good choice as they told me I needed a new socket and the work was quite pricey I thought for this. I found Hi-Tech Car Care online. Very impressed!!! I called them yesterday, they had no idea who I am. Jim said I could stop by and he would look at it and find the part I needed and give an estimate. I went there and there was an auto part store in the plaza. I stopped in to see if they had the part and how much it was. To find out Jim had already taken the time to call himself not knowing for sure if I would even show up. That is being proactive and prepared! Then I went to see him and his co worker Ted came out to look at the issue. He went and got some tools and was able to remove the stuck bulb casing so I didn't need a new part. I offered to pay him for his time and he said no. Now, If I were a regular customer I could see that as a gesture, but to someone they didn't know- that is service. They could have easily told me I needed a new part and charged me for the service. I highly recommend them.
