  • Update: Porter - still 5 stars! GREAT customer service. Picture this: stormy night, delayed flights. BF - not wanting to hang around in the Porter lounge all night (although it is very nice). Picks up phone - calls porter - tells them its delayed and he was wondering if he could get on the am flight - 3 mins later (no joke), he was on the 8am - no change fee. And THAT my friends, is why you fly Porter for Porter - not just their convenient location and great lounge.
