  • I am very disappointed by the care (or lack thereof) I received at this office. After suffering through several months of sinus issues and finally getting in to see Dr. Pryor, the appointment was rushed and I was told nothing looked abnormal and that x-rays would provide a clearer picture. They never followed up with me or scheduled them and when I called the office a couple days later, I was forwarded to the MA's answering machine and I never received a response. On top of everything, I received a $240 bill for an endoscopy (after they billed my insurance company over $600)... Similar to another reviewer, this was never presented as a procedure that I would be billed for separately. I still don't have any answers and am not going to waste any more of my time or money at this practice.
