  • Dr. Jacobsen and Melissa were amazing! The reason for the 1 star is the office manager, Jodie. She was extremely rude while going through the process of trying to make sure the insurance claims were being filed correctly. To make matters worse, as I was leaving my second appointment I was given a prescription. Once I got home I looked at the RX and it was for a different patient with all of their information! Major HIPAA violation! When I brought this up to Jodie she didn't even acknowledge this. Too bad because I really liked Dr. Jacobsen and the rest of the staff!!
