rev:text	DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE!!! I was standing on line where I heard this morning the conversation between the dollar representative (I don't think that she can't represent anything by the way she talks,dressed and look)- long story short the gentlemen had a reservation online and she was trying to charge him twice of this price in his reservation,so he told her please cancel it - the lady told him I can't there is no manger .she was REFUSE TO GIVE HIM BACK HIS ID AND AMEX card!! She force to wait 45 min(that's what I know-it was probably more because I left in the middle) . Now BY FEDRAL law you can hold someone's ID and credit card if he refuse!! The lady also didn't want to tell the gentlemen her name and her behavior is a shame! Of course that I left and went to a different rental car company!! BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY
