  • (SEE UPDATE BELOW)The service has two men who do the floor and carpet. They did a great job, so 5 stars for them. The maids, who do the home cleaning, did a minimal cleaning and took two cleaning products of mine. I asked owner for the bottles back, as I purchased the large refill 5 gallon tubs for both. Six weeks later, I still have not gotten the bottles back even though I repeatedly asked the owner Paul and he agreed to return them. UPDATE: I found the items today at my gate, and was so happy I photographed them. Paul corrected the glitch from one of his staffers, and went the extra mile to do so. Looks like they intend to go the distance and stay in business for many years to come, by exceeding customer expectations.
