  • I bought a used Mercedes that turned out to have an unspecified toxic style odor inside when running. I tried a few things and as it made me feel sick every time I drove it I was already thinking of my exit plan with the car. Then I was sent to Elwood for an ionizer treatment to the interior (who ever heard of that?). Jose was really helpful and suggested some cabin filters in addition to another interior detail with their contact. I picked it up the car the next day and I could tell right away the problem was solved. Last night my friend came and looked at it and got in and said it smelled like a new car (it is a 2008!). I am so happy with the service that Jose and Don provided I would highly recommend them for all of their services. You can just look around at the other cars and tell they do really quality work. They are reasonable and really know what they are doing.
