  • I am not even sure that this place deserves 1 star. When our bride and bridal party went in to try on dresses the lady running the place was very unhelpful and honestly, rude. Her daughter? was the only one who ever checked on us. We were told that our dresses would be 50% off and then were told they would not be after we were interested in purchasing them. The owner made it a big deal to take each of our measurements and had a negative attitude while doing it. She was also not dressed professionally, but in workout clothes...which is a turn on in a bridal store. She was unable to place orders that day because she did not have her computer so she wrote everything down. It made us all feel very uneasy about ordering dresses from her. For as much money as we were all planning on spending she acted like she could care less about us being there. Multiple times one of us has tried to go to the store and it has been closed in the middle of the day. I drove 45 minutes to go pick up my dress and there was a sign on the door that they were closed for 2 days when they are typically open. Who runs their business this way?!!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone...espcially brides. It will cause you more stress then anything. I am so glad I never have to deal with the owner and her poor customer service again.
