  • This store is an absolute disaster. Each time I come here, I leave angry, and with an INCORRECT DRINK. This store has been terrible for quite some time. However, in the last several months, this store and the drinks walking out of them, have been unfathomable. I'm not sure if it is the influx of rude and entitled teenage baristas who now work here (maybe due to the new ASU program) but if you walk in, you will get attitude, and a bad drink. If you're from ahwatukee you have probably heard people talking about avoiding this store. That is the best route to take! Whether you need a hot coffee, or a frappachino (which will surely aggravate them because it is SO difficult to clean a blender) you will most likely receive attitude, a roll of the eyes, and if your drink is wrong, good luck getting help. It is extremely frustrating so I am setting out to try to help my fellow starbucks drinkers ! especially those who love a drive thru... go to rural and ray! The baristas are nice, the drinks are right, and if you want to sit outside even, it is a great atmosphere!
