  • Be careful of this place, I was supposed to move in last month and thank god I didn't. I wanted the lake side view with trees and green grass, when I signed up for an apt. nobody told me that the grass was brown in winter and that's when I would want to be on the patio with a view? Also they took me to my apt. that was supposed to be move in ready, it was dirty, cobb webs all over the apt. inside and out, the walls were dirty and looked like they weren't all the same color. No door knob on the storage room door. The older woman in the office is rude and very bitter like attitude, Matt was helping me and he was nice, but the old woman told me that Matt shouldn't have told me things that were untrue, like they would transfer me for no fee. Then they said my credit wasn't good, thank God, and now I'm scheduled to move into a much nicer home and approved. Also on the second floor, the lake looks very brown and green, gross
