  • As an owner, I have been a grateful client of Faith Realty for ten years. The previous property manager allowed my property to be run down beyond imagination. Faith Realty was recommended to me on a Saturday, and I was met at the property that same day by the property manager (business owner)! Each inch of the home was considered for repair/update and by Monday, everything was set in place to be repaired (with my input); all costs of the various providers were at an unbelievably reasonable price. Within moments, I could tell she fully understood what repairs were needed and how to do this most cost effectively. This company engages high quality work people with competitive pricing. Throughout these several years, each of my calls, texts, and emails) has been answered quite promptly, professionally, and pleasantly. I find that the tenants have also been pleased with the service. In those ten years, there have been only two sets of tenants, so they obviously have been happy, too. This company goes out of their way to please both the owners and tenants and closely follows AZ rental law. They carefully listen to your concerns and do their very best to keep their clients (owners and renters) happy.
