  • Here's a picture of the invoice I was given from James west auto who now denies ever working on my car or having record of servicing my car. They've serviced my car three times total. I've covered my personal information because I do not wish to be contacted again on this matter. I am not a personal friend of any employee at James west auto so I'm not sure why Vinny is claiming to know my personal business. His Yelp reply is false and extremely unprofessional. I'm shocked at how this business handles customer complaints and especially Yelp reviews. I'm already in the process of reporting this business to the BBB and I will be including his false statements he's added to the Yelp review.
