The only great thing about this place are the instructors. Bad owner? This place looks old and the equipment are in bad shape. Honestly if you care about your hygiene. Don't lay down or even touch the carpet. It is filthy. Imagine people go in and out of the restrooms and step on that carpet with the same shoes they walk around in public. You might as well do your sit ups and push ups in a public restroom. Carpet smells. Imagine how much sweat is absorbed and you have to lay down on it. Simple fix. Owner need to invest in padded mats, no shoes allowed on the mats and disinfect every after class.Reality: who works out on carpet?
