  • I have lived here for 5 months and I cannot wait until my lease is up so I can get my family out of this place. Pros: Personable staff. Great amenities. But please do not be fooled. Cons: Overpriced ROACH MOTEL. They come up from the bathroom sink and tub, yes I've tried closing the drains, but then they come from the dishwasher and baseboards. It's disgusting. I have all my eating and cooking utensils on my dining room table because I have opened the drawers and cabinets countless times and found roaches scurrying. My upstairs neighbors have NO respect for apartment living, they sound like an elephant parade ALL day until at least 11PM. Limited counter space, old appliances. There has been construction since I moved in, which a part from the noise, makes maneuvering through the parking lot a joke. Last but not least, terrible water pressure. I hope you don't want to take a shower while you have a load of laundry in because you won't be able to if you live here! You would think they would use the money they are spending on renovations for decent pest control. A new coat of paint may fool incoming residents, but not the people who already live here. This place is not worth the amount of rent they charge and can barely be considered a "luxury apartment" Get your priorities straight IMT. I reached out to the office in person in December and asked if the treatment was abrasive as I have a toddler, and I reached out to the community via the portal on 01/02/17 at 10:25am to complain about the neighbors and request pest control.
