Hi, what's going on over there? So many new servers, so much turnover. If we have one hour for AYCE, the servers need to come refill our water and drinks without being asked each time. I ate half my meal recently sitting next to dirty dishes left in an empty spot. I noticed the special Creme Brûlée is no longer served, just Mochi Ice Cream and Ice Cream. Still nice, but did you lose a vendor or are you cutting corners. No more Blue Fin, so sad. We used to eat there every Sunday. When there is high staff turnover and a need for training can you leave a manager or someone who can run the crew and maintain consistency? It's like a free for all over there now. Hope someone replies to this review just to explain. We were very loyal customers and really recommended SushiMon highly. Right now it seems most front end hosts and servers are very very disorganized or left untrained. I would appreciate a reply here. Too bad Arpi doesn't work on Sundays or another manager. Things are definitely slipping and we come for Tomo but could eat at Osaka or Hiro Sushi instead
