  • Never ever buy furniture here. They are full of false promises and bad customer service. The salesmen are nothing more than cashiers, the ones that do help, only sell you lies. They told me my furniture was available that day until they ran my debit card then most of it was out of stock. Then when I asked for a refund they did it, but then told me it would take up to 15 days. 1st- telling me the furniture wasn't available before you took my money would have been nice, and then telling a refund would take 15days would be nice before you refund it. So they talked me into waiting for the furniture. "it should be here no later than this Friday and we will have a personal truck drop it off" that was from the manager Todd, the salesman Nick, told me he would be in constant contact, gave me his personal cell phone number which he never responds to. Well Friday came, I finally received a call from Todd, furniture still isn't in, can be two weeks from the point of sale.....at this point nothing I can do. He refunded me for the delivery, that right now is insult to injury. So he calls me exactly one week after that, tells me the furniture will all be in this following Friday (almost two weeks from pos) ok. He asked when did I want Sat evening I will be home- well there is a four hour window, huh, you told me there would be a personal truck. Well not on the weekend... Wow. Ok so Saturday is here I'm sitting waiting until 12a. They were supposed to call 30 minutes before they arrived, no call, but at 1030p the show up and leave. Because I said they didn't call they got an attitude. They got my money and I got extremely bad customer service and no furniture. I'm so sad.
