  • We purchased 2 "Premier" sofas, have had them for about 2 months and are very disappointed in both quality and comfort. The product they ship is inferior to the showroom product, so be warned. The sofas we received are badly (loosely) upholstered with numerous wrinkles and puckers, the cushions are hard and boxy and overall, just low quality. They won't last..and we are only 2 people who are gentle users. I estimate we overpaid by about $1000 for the quality of product that was delivered.
