  • Buyers Beware! I have bought a lot of gear from this store and always found the owner helpful until my last visit. I brought a gun in so that the owner could help me find a holster that fit. We found one but when I got it home discovered it was a size to small. I went in today to exchange it and found out that he has a draconian return policy. I was rudely shown the policy from staff that says "No cash refunds, 3 day in store exchange with receipt only." Wow! So if you buy a nice leather $150 holster you have a very small window to even exchange it. The owner seems to want to be helpful but not exchanging new in packaging items for at least 30 days is treating the customer really badly. I will never shot here again and hopefully others will see this before they end up stuck with the wrong products.
