  • Once the sales guy, Brandon, asked for a chunk of the total payment up front so he could get his Christmas bonus I got the feeling this was going to go bad. He said they would be done in 4-6 weeks but it actually took most of 5 months to finish the project. I called to check on things regularly because they never checked in to let us know where we were in the project or what was next or a revised final delivery date. When I finally reached someone I always got the same answer, someone will be out tomorrow morning...about 10% of the time that actually happened. The end product is good quality; but the labor, stress and cost made this not even close to a good deal. Now we're in the maintenance/warranty phase and I've had to call 5 or 6 times so far to try and get someone to come look at a a broken fire pit in need of repair and replacing a dead tree...to date, they promise to come out "tomorrow"; but no one makes it out. Extremely frustrating and definitely not the customer service you would hope for at the price paid. I would HIGHLY recommend using someone else.
