The mall is big and has lots of upgrades compared to what it was five years ago. There are some upscale elements as well as affordable spots. It's attractive and well-kept for the most part, and of course there's a huge new section that's especially shiny.
One thing I like about BCC is how it's grown into more of a complex than "just" a mall in the last while as well. There are better and more restaurants, there are a few separate strip malls, and even a metal outdoor structure.
Also: 24-hour grocery store! Not enough of those in Brampton to suit my taste.
Finally: food court. A good variety in the food court (I like Thai Express and Timothy's Coffee), and the furniture and skylight and all of that make it feel clean and pleasant.
It's a mall, of course. No way around that. It is the nicest mall in Brampton, though, so if you are looking for a nice environment in which to do your consumer-related activities, this is a good bet.
