  • I just want to express my thanks and gratitude towards ROW Custom Enterprises. I purchased my home back in 2009 having no clue what I was in for due to the condition my pool was in. Previous owners didn't take care of the pool and when I spoke to them they said we had a pool guy "Hmmm". Since 2009 till February 2018 I had constant issues with pool plaster chipping. The surface of the pool was rough and not pleasant to look at. I know you ask why so much time passed? Well MONEY!!! It expensive to keep a pool maintained properly. I decided to get it fixed! I was referred to many other companies. I felt that I was going to somehow get ripped off, Right! Due to other experiences with other companies doing very simple work such as a pool pump you just feel you can't trust! Well ROW Custom Enterprises made all the difference. When the owner of the company comes to your house and you have a 1 on 1 with that person "Mike". That should tell you something. After the quote was out there I debated for 3 months if 1. I could trust the work needing to be done "replaster" 2. If it was worth it. After seeing the chipping/plastering procedure and final product and easy to due step by step instructions with basically 24 hours calling assistance "amazing" I don't understand how the price wasn't higher. I have since been so pleased with the work! I enjoy my pool again! If you are having to second guess yourself about Mike and ROW Custom Enterprises. DON'T! To add after the estimate Mike told me just let me know when. Never pressured me to go with his company. I would give 10 Stars if possible due to the complete satisfaction that ROW Custom Enterprises gave me! Thank you! Try them out, why not?
