  • Very disappointing dog boarding facility. Dropped my two dogs off for nine days and upon picking them up today 5/24/15 the staff had a difficult time finding them in their system, gave my two retractable dog leases to another customer who was not honest to turn them back in knowing well they were not theirs--gave the staff a brand new 26lb bag of dog food that takes three weeks for my two dogs to eat and it was a quarter full telling me the incompetent staff fed other customers dogs from my bag of dog food. The customer who has my dog leashes can not turn my leashes in until tomorrow 5/25/15 because today is apparently to inconvenient. I still have not heard from management or the owner of Dog Days Las Vegas because they lack a sense of urgency probably due to hiring lowest common denominator employees who lack customer service skills and fine attention to detail. If I could give them a half of a star I would. Fortunately, my two dogs seem to be fine.
