  • Let me start by saying that I messaged 7 different glass companies on Yelp about some damage done to our window framing. Stephen immediately replied and I sent him some pictures. It was the weekend, so we set an appointment that Monday for later in the week. In the meantime, I sent the same photos to a few other companies who responded and each and every one of them said we would have to replace the window. Funny, because Stephen's guy came out a week later and fixed both windows in a few minutes for about $120. Steven even offered for us to pick up the product for $15 a sheet, if we wanted to install it ourselves. Moral of the story. There are criminals everywhere. They are not only dependable... they are prompt, kind, informative, efficient and we hired them to fix another one of our windows. Super happy with every facet of dealing with this company. Thank you for being honest!
