  • This will make more sense if you go to the other San Cierra review but I want to be sure I post in both........ Gee Nora, Thank you so much for your so called sincere apology with of course a 5 star rating to boot, because that's not at all self serving. I also called the number Nora provided; after about 5 calls I did get an answer and Nora wasn't there; When they could tell I was pissed the lady said "Let me check and see if she is here and available" Ok that's interesting you just told me she wasn't, (apparently the office is much bigger then it looks)???. After putting me on hold someone else came on and sure enough Nora was not available (big shocker there). What a joke, but having lived at San Cierra for about 3 years I have grown use to the crap that you guys pull. All the hidden fees talked about in other posts are true. Gates are always broken, maintenance takes FOREVER if at all to do anything, and the ladies in the office either act like airheads or they are airheads not sure. Police are here ALL the time looking for people, I can honestly say I am scared to live here now and can't wait to move out in a few months. When we moved in our place smelled like cat pee; we took a special black light to the carpets and it was absolutely disgusting especially the dining room. We were told we would have to pay for the carpets to be replaced. We just rented a carpet cleaner and took care of it the best we could. I have had stuff stolen off our porch and the office staff couldn't care less. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from San Cierra. This is hands down the worst complex EVER and everytime something else happens I think this place cant get any worse and somehow it does. They do not deserve the "luxury" apartment title that was given to them since they bought it from Mark Taylor. I can't say it enough do NOT move here.
