  • This company is the WORST realty company I have EVER gone through. I found a rental on craigslist, which directed me to a realtor working through Property Management & Realty. Upon the initial appointment to view the property, I was rescheduled because she had overbooked that day. I was really interested in the rental, so continued to reschedule for a later date. Upon that meeting, she was 40 minutes late! I sat outside waiting, and only 20 minutes after our scheduled meeting time, did I get a text message saying she was "running late" Fast forward several weeks, and I signed a year lease. I knew the unit was older and not by any means modern, but I was assured everything was in working order- even the washing machine which was supposedly replaced. The washers spin cycle was broken, and I had to go through at least a dozen phone calls and several maintenance technicians visiting my home to get it replaced. ... Only to have it flood my entire upstairs! Recall the technician, he comes back and fixed the issue.. He apparently didn't install it correctly. Our upstairs bedroom window was left open to let fresh air in, and the wind knocked the sun screen loose and it fell off.... Only to find that it was held on with old double sided tape. I called the realty office to get it fixed, and a month and a half later- still nothing. Our upstairs closet door are French-door style with vertical wood slats. The first night we moved in and opened the closet to put our clothes away, the door literally crumbled apart and fell to pieces. This was addressed over a month ago and has not been fixed. Our stove was not plugged it; we had to schedule a technician to look at it because we thought it was broken.... Our bathtub was painted with inappropriate paint, so it's constantly peeling off and clogging the drain. I've had to pour acid down the drain 3 times now. Our pool was algae-ridden and a pigeon was floating in the skimmer basket of the hot tub. After calling the office, I was told they would notify the HOA. Nothing was done, and I had to call the health department MYSELF! The pool has essentially been closed since. This review is for Property Management & Realty for their neglect and disregard of the properties the rent out, as well as the Sierra Made HOA.
