I would normally give this 1 star for the two hours I had to wait, but things could have been better. Here is my elaboration: Leslie, who was working the front desk tonight, didn't communicate with me. She didn't mention how many patients were ahead of me or was forthcoming on the eta was. Given that the clinic was taking so long, I would think that she would pick up on it and communicate with not only me but others as well. The last thing that happened was outrageous; I asked her how many people were ahead of me and she snapped. I probably still would not have let the two hour wait time go, but definitely not after Leslie became hostile. Learn to communicate with your patients. And don't get defensive when I ask a simple question . Instead use that as an opportunity to communicate and diffuse the issue. That was terrible customer service and terrible of management for it to take over two hours per drug test. Had many jobs. The max it's ever taken for drug test was 15 minutes.
