  • This is easily the best Persian restaurant in Las Vegas! From the hummus, lentil soup to the beef koubideh and the fesenjan this food is amazing!! Although I'm not Persian I grew up in south Orange County, CA and frequented Caspian. Aria rivals if not beats Caspian with its authenticity and flavorful offerings served by the warmest and sweetest family! So glad they are here, we can't wait to come back!
