  • This location in SURPRISE is the worst when it comes to checking out. The lines are always long with maybe 2 cashiers at best. And I do mean maybe...so if you don't have an hour to wait your turn don't come here. I've been coming to this location for years especially when they first opened, but I will only come in if I am on a mission to find something, then I'm out. The store itself is usually pretty organized and clean, which does make sifting through racks of stuff bearable. In all fairness I will find something cute for work always at a bargain price. Luckily my work requires me to wear all black. The purse selection has gotten a lot better as far as style and variety. Yes, I love me a good purse. I still have yet to find one though...the search continues. They do offer everything from baby stuff to home goods. So variety is abundant. The dressing rooms are clean as are the restrooms. All in all, the only bad I've experienced at this location is the lack of registers open to service numerous customers. Two cashiers and one was working the return line is not enough. When u have 10 ppl in line, let's move things along. Oh and I though this was a good one...was there last Friday after waiting my long turn, the couple before me went to the register with a cart full of stuff and the cashier tells them she doesn't have any big bags for their items, so if they wanted to PURCHASE a recyclable bag for 99 cents they can. Lmfao...the nerve. Nah, u can shove them all into a bunch of small bags thank you. Good one Ross. Get it together.
