  • After posting my One Star review on Yelp on 6/7/17, I was contacted by Lee E. Schroeder, Branch Manager. After I again explained the nature of my complaint that I posted on Yelp, Mr. Schroeder advised that he would honor my contract and would send the technician to check on the traps and remove any dead rats that were found. They would provide monthly service through November, 2017. On Monday, June 12th,2017, Mr. Schroeder visited my home with his new technician. He had his technician place the traps back on the roof. I was agreeable to that offer. I am very pleased that Yelp helped solve my problem that had caused me frustration. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I signed a contract on 12/3/16 with Truly Nolen for rodent control as I was in dire distress at finding rats eating the carpet inside my automobile. Alex the technician came out and did the preliminary assessment setting traps inside my garage and on my roof and patio. I had several technicians to date visiting my house and one of them found a rat on my roof,. I called last week and had an appt. for Monday, 6/5/17 to check the traps. Nobody came or called. On 6/6/17 Joe rang my bell and started checking. He found 2 rats, one in the patio and one on the roof and said he was removing the traps. He said I was not supposed to have the traps in places other than the structure. He was extremely hostile and got me so upset with his attitude. I did not understand when he said I had an Exclusion in the contract limited to the structure. None of the other techs had ever mentioned that. I am a senior and had a good experience up to yesterday. I called the supervisor and he also was hostile. I explained that I paid $600 for rat control and I was unaware of the fine lines in the contract. The supervisor advised that if i wanted the roof and the patio traps checked I would have to pay $100 + per visit. I was so upset with the treatment I received on 6/6/17. I would not give Truly Nolen even one star.
