  • Were it possible to give less than one star, I certainly would. These criminals prematurely closed an account, used the balance in my account to cover the overdraft and zero me out, and then smeared my credit rating by claiming that I still owe the overdraft, which was covered. I dealt with their complaint department but nobody would return my calls. I filed a BBB complaint, but they have not responded to that either. Never get overdraft and always read the fine print with these bastards. If you want a better bank, go with RBC. They have been nothing but fantastic.
