  • Update- I use to like this theater but that just changed big time. Your customer service sucks and the manager on duty tonight what a joke. I got a free ticket to use to my birthday which only is good for a few days And you can only use in person and not online. I wanted to purchase tickets for a movie on Thursday 11/23 so I had to come in person to utilize my free movie ticket for my birthday. I came on 11/20 in the evening to purchase my tickets ahead of time only to be told sorry our system is down we can't help you try back tomorrow. I called this evening to find out if the system was up before heading over of course no answer! Ok fine I drive over, wait In line and begin to try and purchase my tickets only to be told oh sorry we dropped that movie. Wait what? I was able to get the tickets online just yesterday but had to go in person to redeem the free movie ticket and now today it's dropped out of the theater? The movie has only been out less than a few weeks. So I want to talk to a manager obviously this is annoying, well the "manager" was not better he basically says oh ya well sorry, I explain ok but my free movie pass will expire on the 26th and now you dropped the movie and there isn't anything else we were looking to see he replies well you have some time.... uh did you not hear me? Then he tells me try going to the canary across town from Henderson uh no don't think so buddy! You know what have been professional since I had to go through the hassle of coming back twice and the fact you never answer your phone you should have offered to extend the ticket expiration or something. I felt the service was poor and to suggest driving across town was ridiculous. He stayed oh ya we've had to call and refund tickets to people who bought tickets for the night, that's kind of ridiculous to me. I use to love this place but forget it I'll go to sunset station from now on since they've upgraded their place, as a business owner myself I am not go to places that don't value their customers after you cause them hassle. Shame on you galaxy! After trying this theater it is my go to place for movies. Now anything other than galaxy theater just doesn't seem right. Whoever came up with the idea of this theater is a genius! Comfy and you can book your exact seat online that alone is enough to keep me coming back!
