  • Worse consumer service that I have encountered. So call manager lie as if its an everyday thing for her. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and have consulted with an atthttps://www.facebook.com/LVFurnitureDirect?ref=hl#orney and leaving comments on every site that has any listings of this company. Every review that I have read regarding this company is BAD and all are basicially the same complaints that we have experienced with your company, exactly! Which tells us that the bad business practice is something that is repeated over and over again and this company has an "F" rating with the BBB! No one favorable review has been found and for a company that has been operating since 2007, Facebook page on has 50 likes. We have called Contact 13 to file a complaint with them also. Facts: My husband and I came to the store on Spring Mtn Rd on Sept. 20th, 2013 to look for a leather reclining sofa. We found one in there that we liked so decided instead of going to Walkers or Ashley's or some place else that we would just buy that one there. Sales person informed us that it wasn't in stock so they would have to order it and that it would take about two weeks to get it in. He advised us to give a good faith deposit of $300 to reserve the sofa and loveseat and pay the balance when the items get delivered. On Oct. 7th my husband called LV Furniture to find out where our furniture was at. He spoke to some female who represented herself as the manager and she told him that she has called us several times and left several messages. She stated that she even called us on Sept 21st to tell us that they had the sofa and loveseat instore after all and that they could deliver it to us asap. We never got any messages or phone calls and I guess she doesn't understand that in this day and time its very easy to pull up cell phone records which in our case shows No phone calls or messages from that company. My Husband told her that he will be off on Friday 10/11/2013 which is today and that they could deliver the items then. She told him that she would call him back with the delivery schedule, a call which she didn't nor haven't made till this date. So I called her back on Wednesday 10/09/2013 to ask what was going on. She informed me that she had spoken to my husband on Monday and said that he informed her that he did not have the rest of the money and that he would be getting paid on Friday and he would have the money then, LIES! Apparently she really don't know us because she would have known that we have a checking account balance of $80,000.00 or more and that my husband wouldn't have told her any such lie about getting paid because Friday 10/11/2013 is not a pay day for him and he never told her anything like that. But she got an attitude with me and proceeded to argue with me. We concluded the conversation with me telling her that if its going to be delivered on Friday then deliver it, period!. Now here we are today and I called them at 9:30am to find out what time they will be delivering and was told that they haven't scheduled the time schedule so when they schedule it she will call us back, still haven't gotten that call non have we gotten our furniture and its 1:58pm. I called and told her to forget it that we just wanted our $300 back and we will just go some place else and get a sofa, I was told by the same manager that that was fine but that they will keep 20% of the money on the total price which is 0ver $200 of the $300 because the total price of furniture that we have never received, been lied to and lied on was about a $1000. Bullshit!!!! This place is a scam and this seams to be their practice and if you ask for a owner or someone over the rude unprofessional manager then she tells you that there is no one and gives you a gmail address to get in touch with someone whom she says will not get back in touch with you!
