Last Time I'm going back. I used to be a member a couple of years ago and canceled due to the terrible management. I've been back a couple of times and each time it's a different issue, but the one thing that's constant is terrible customer service. This time I purchased a Groupon for a 120 minute lomi lomi massage. I've had them before so I know what to expect and this was not even remotely close to that style of massage. I believe they give you the new people that have no experience when you buy the Groupon. When I purchased the Groupon I called the spa to make the appointment and told them I had the Groupon. They found my file, booked the appointment, and confirmed I was set for the following day. 20 minutes before my appointment the girl from the spa calls and says "I was just reading your Groupon and it says you have to be a new customer to use the Groupon ". What do you mean you just read the Groupon? Did you not read it when I called the day before and booked the appointment? So 20 minutes before my massage not only did they take the Groupon but they made me pay the $71 difference because I had been there a year ago. When I arrived the service was terrible and the massage was mediocre. Don't go to this place!
